What are the check-in and check-out times?

• Check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.

• Check-out must be completed by 10:00.

  If you require early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Is there a city tax to pay?

Yes. A local city tax (tassa di soggiorno) is required by the Municipality of La Spezia. It is €2.50 per person, per night (for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.

Children under 16 and certain exempt categories are not required to pay the tax.

Is breakfast included or available on the property?

No, we do not serve breakfast on the property. However, we are located near several excellent cafés and bakeries where guests can enjoy traditional Italian breakfast options.

Are the rooms cleaned daily?

Yes. We provide daily cleaning of guest rooms. Linen and towels are changed regularly for your comfort and hygiene.

What facilities are included in the rooms?

Each room at La Campanula is equipped with:

• Private en-suite bathroom

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Is there parking available?

We do not have private parking on-site. However, there is public street parking available. Please be aware that street parking may require payment. We’ll be happy to advise you upon arrival. There is a paid parking garage located near at the train station.

Do you allow pets?

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed, except in cases of prior written agreement.

Are children welcome? Can you provide a baby cot?

Yes, children are welcome at La Campanula. A baby cot can be provided on request, subject to availability and possibly at an additional charge. Please let us know in advance.

Can I smoke in the room?

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms. A designated outdoor area may be available.

How far is La Campanula from the train station/Public Transport?

We are conveniently located 500m from La Spezia Centrale train station, making us a perfect base for visiting the Cinque Terre and surrounding areas. The nearest Bus stop is within 100m and we are within walking distance to the bus stop for Portovenere & Lerici.

Is it safe to leave valuables in the room?

While La Spezia is generally safe, we recommend taking care with your personal belongings. Rooms include a small safe with key. Please make sure to lock your door when leaving the room.

What languages are spoken at La Campanula?

We speak Italian and English. Communication should be no problem!

How can I modify or cancel my reservation?

If you booked directly with us, contact us by phone or email to make changes or cancel your reservation.

• Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival.

• Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.

For bookings made via third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com), changes or cancellations must be made through that platform.
